Meet The Trainer

Bayley and her dogs, Baker and Tove, love to spend their time hiking in the woods, traveling to new cities, camping on the weekends, and spending all of their time off in the mountains! You will more than likely always find her with her dogs on a patio in the summer time, or a coffee shop in the winter time! She is dedicated to helping dog owners have the same relationship with their own dogs!

Bayley Wright

Owner/Trainer of Stepping Stones Dog Training

Bayley has always had a love for dogs and was actually even named after a dog named Bailey. She started working in an Animal Hospital when she was 16 where she worked as a day care attendant/ kennel staff. She loved working along side dogs everyday and knew that was something she wanted to continue to do! 2 years into working at the Animal Hospital, a stray was dropped off and that is how she adopted her first dog, Baker! Baker was a fearful dog and a challenge to say the least. Bayley had no training experience, but she wanted to do everything she could to give him the best life possible. This was when she got into Service Dog Training and started to learn the basics of dog training and started applying it with Baker. Not too long after, she adopted Tove, who was an aspiring service dog.  Bayley realized how much she loved training dogs but, she wanted to go a different route than training service dogs. This led to regular obedience training! Bayley contacted a local trainer in the Greensboro area and started shadowing and learning more in depth about obedience training, applying it to both of her dogs. Once she shadowed for 6 months she started taking her own clients and absolutely fell in love with it and helping owners with their dogs! After 2 years of training locally, Bayley decided she wanted to open her own business and help owners in her own way!
